We started with a question: why is ginseng coffee everywhere, yet so rarely done well? The Italian bar version — that rich, creamy cup that tastes of warmth and something just a little exotic — is one of life's small pleasures. But the products you take home rarely live up to it.
So we set out to change that. We partnered with suppliers who have spent over 25 years perfecting their craft: balancing flavour profiles, and holding to quality standards that never bend. The result is Coffetteria — ginseng coffee that remembers what the original felt like.
